Cancellation prior to arrival
Provided you book more than seven days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your reservation no questions asked within 24 hours of making it with no penalty.
If cancellation is made greater than 45 days prior to check-in, full rental payment will be refunded.
If cancellation is between 15 and 45 days prior to check-in, 50% of rent due will be refunded for the first 30 nights, and for 100% of rent due for nights thereafter.
Cancellations 14 days or less prior to scheduled arrival will result in forfeiture of rent and fees for the first 30 nights only.
Any refund due will be issued to you within 10 business days of cancellation. Regardless of when cancellation is requested, any damage deposit paid will be refunded to you in full.
If you wish to modify or extend the dates of your reservation during your stay, please notify us as soon as possible, as accommodations are dependent upon availability.
The price of the accommodation will be calculated using the currently advertised rates for the adjusted start date and end date. If a part of your stay was booked separately, the start date will be considered to be your most recent date of arrival.
If your start date is moved to a later date, nights between your original and new start date will be treated as a cancellation.
If the price of the accommodation for the new dates is lower than your previous dates, the difference in price will be treated as a cancellation.
If you decide to depart before your scheduled date of checkout, the first 30 nights of your reservation will not be refunded. For nights thereafter, a refund will be issued for any nights that remain 7 nights after the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of departure.
